Bijal Patels #95 Clean. Bijal could not power clean this weight during the open. BAM!!!!!!
As for the workout I think that some of us would benefit from working on OHS and Pullups. The workout would look like this
A1. OHS 5-5-5-5-5 rest 2-3 mins
A2. Pullups/ P- Pullups 5-5-5-5-5 rest 1-2 min
Then we can add some extra assistance exercises on the back end. DB row, DB bicep curl,etc….
