I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Time to get back to work!!

2-3 Wall Walks
1 Sled Push (heavy but fast)

 

Competition:

A. CGBP-1 RM
B. Squat Clean Thruster 1 RM- rest as needed
C. 10 min AMRAP @ 75% of A
