I have had a couple of conversations with people who are already talking about training after the Open. If you have anything specific that you feel like needs work please let me know. Really looking forward to the summer and getting back to training!!!!

A1. Front Squat 4-3-2-1 @ 32×1 rest 2 min
A2. Heavy Sled Push after each set of Front Squats rest as needed
