Congratulations to Jayne and Sanders for being invited to the NPFL Combine in Atlanta. Here they will showcase their skills and work capacity. Only 200 athletes were invited, so yeah its kinda of a big deal. Here is a sneak peak of the Combine in L.A.

A1. Deadlift 6-8 x 4 @ 3010 rest 1 min
A2. Side Plank+ FLR(you may use rings) 45 sec each side x 4
B. BB Front Rack Lunge 6 each leg x 4 (HAP) rest 1 min
C. Heavy Sled x 6 rest as needed

Competition:

A1. CGBP 10-12 x 4 @ 30×1 rest 1-2 min
A2. Pendlay Row 8-10 x 4 @ 30×2 rest 30-60 sec
B. BB Front Rack Walking Lunge 8 per leg x 4 rest 1-2 min
C1. FC Heavy x 6 rest as needed
C2.Heavy Sled x 6 rest as needed
