Teams of 2: Burpee Broad Jump to Foul Pole and Back- “Jere”

Teammate #1 will start from the ditch and go to the foul pole where Teammate #2 will be waiting. After teammate #1 tags Teammate # 2 at the foul pole, Teammate # 2 will head for the ditch. This  workout will be called “Jere”.
