What thoughts do you have when looking at the board? Do you use the power of visualization so that you can more easily dominate your session. Do you see clutter? What about fulfillment?  Maybe not while reading the board,  but how about after doing what’s on the board?

Over the last 2 or 3 weeks I have started to realize that I am most fulfilled after a day of coaching, learning and teaching. I love hearing your thoughts about getting better. I thoroughly enjoy bringing some sort of value to your life in anyway that I can. That “board” is my life, it is how I bring and communicate the value that I have to offer. **One Partner will start with the run, after completing the run they will tag their partner
who will then start the Clean and Jerks. If the Clean and Jerks are not completed UB then both partners must complete
5 Burpee each. After the 5 Burpee are complete they can start back over where they left off.
