FRI (17.1) YAY!

Well, I hope you all were able to get a good active rest day in today. Tomorrow we start 17.1! I know you’re all excited, I am too! On the real though, try not to be nervous! This is going to be a really fun time, working out with some great friends! Don’t hype yourself up too much! Just enough to be excited! 😉

Remember, there is the option to scale every workout. We will be happy to go over these standard with you in the gym! Until then, get ready to have some fun!

Workout 17.1
For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes
