Welcome to July, crew! Please notice that there is only ONE workout for both classes today! Please scale the workout accordingly, if needed.

Tuesday is the fourth, so our only workout that day will be held at 9am. Please try to be there!

A. Thruster 5 x 5 rest 2-3 min
B1. Strict Pullup w/ 5 sec hold @ top 3 x 4-5
B2. DB BP 3 x 5-7 @ 3010

1 Malcolm
1 sled push
10 Cals AB or 10 cal row (rotate each time of possible)
