LUKE WHO??
I just wanted to take a few minutes and introduce one of our athletes. I am not sure who the guy on the left is but the gentleman on the right is Mr. Luke Daniel. Luke recently celebrated his one year anniversary at CrossFit DGA. This picture is a testament to his commitment and his crazy work ethic. Luke this picture is inspiring and you should be super proud. Thank you so much for working so hard. Onward and Upward!!!!!!
