Team Work Thursday!

Alright guys, you all seemed to really like the partner workout last week, so it’s back again! This time, we will be doing teams of 4! Please notice, fitness and competition are doing the same workout today. This will help with being able to make more teams. This should be a fun, yet challenging workout. Remember what today is about, teamwork! Cheer each other on, work together, and have a great time!
