Compliments of Jennifer Durden from World Camp CrossFit [totally can’t take credit for these] 😉
-2 cups of almond meal
-1 cup of flaxseed meal
-1 cup of coconut oil
-some stevia [eyeball it]
-1 cup of almond butter
-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract [no sugar]
-2 scoops of whey protein
-Stir ingredients all together and press into a baking pan then put in fridge or freezer [if you keep them out at room temperature for too long…it will liquify…I learned the hard way]
Optional ingredients: 1 cup of shredded coconut, 5 squares of cocoa…melt the cocoa over a double broiler with stevia to taste, after you place the protein mixture in the pan, then cover it with the cocoa.
