A. FS 5 x 5 rest 3 min

B1. SA DB Snatch Alt’ing 7 Per side x 4 sets rest 60 sec
B2. DB FR WL 7 per side x 4 sets rest 60 sec
B3. DU Practice- 30-45 sec x 4 sets rest 30-60 sec
+
5 min FLR (least amount of sets possible)

Competition:

A. FS 5 x 5 rest 3 min
B. Clean 5 x 2 rest 2 min
+
12 Burpee Box Jump Overs (Open Standards)
rest 2 min x 4 sets – Lets discuss the goal of this session before starting- it will be
based off of individual efforts from previous week.
