Team Work Thursday!

Hey Guys! Tomorrow we will being doing something a little different in the workouts. We will be working in teams of two during the workout, so bring your favorite workout buddy and have a great time!

Comp, I wanted to tell you all that I was really impressed with how well you guys did yesterday. Those three EMOMs were a bit salty, but you all did great!!
