Other Ashley McDade is one of our newest members here at CrossFit DGA. We are super excited to have her on our staff. She brings a great attitude and great experience in the lifting world! Welcome to the team, Ashley we are blessed to have you a part of our DGA Family!!

- I was born and raised in St. Augustine, Florida
- I have my Bachelors degree in Sign Language Interpreting
- My favorite color is yellow!
- I met my Fiancé racing motorcycles
- Thanksgiving and Halloween are my favorite Holidays
- I love to eat junk food
- I am a Firefighter with the city of Dublin
- I adore Great White Sharks
- Started CrossFit in the Spring of 2014
- Procrastination is my weakness

- I gave my life to Jesus in 2013 at the age of 21!
