Great box!! Dropped in for two days while traveling for work, and really glad I did. Since I do my own programming, I came to the open gym time and did my own WOD. There's plenty of equipment, space, and it's clean. A few others were there and everyone was very nice. Mitchell was the coach and he was killing ring muscle ups, and he offered to help me with mine. I would definitely recommend it to visitors and locals looking for a gym with a great environment.
