About cam
Cameron “Cam” Burch has been a member of CrossFit DGA since September 2020 and has become a valued part of the community both as an athlete and a coach. A lifelong resident of Dublin, Cam now lives in Rentz with his wife, Haley, and their three boys—Eli (11), Jaxtyn (7), and Benji (2). Family is a big part of Cam’s life, and the same sense of support and encouragement he values at home is what he loves most about the DGA community.
Outside of the gym, Cam works full-time at Oconee EMC. His decision to step into coaching came from a genuine enjoyment of helping others and the fulfillment he gets from watching people achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. Being able to support athletes as they grow stronger and more confident is what drives him as a coach.
What makes CrossFit DGA special to Cam is the strong sense of community and camaraderie. For him, it truly feels like a home away from home. One of the milestones he’s most proud of is simply how far he has come since joining the gym. He continues to challenge himself daily, always pushing to reach new personal goals.
