About robbie
Robbie Wilkes is a wife to Matthew Wilkes and a proud mom to two kids — McKinley, 15, and Hilton, 11. She has been a Dublin resident since 2014 and joined CFDGA in 2021, quickly finding not just a gym, but a true community.
Robbie coaches early morning classes at CFDGA and also helps run the gym’s social media and communications, loving every chance she gets to connect with and encourage members.
Outside of DGA, Robbie is the girls strength and conditioning coach at West Laurens Middle School and a nutrition coach. She is passionate about helping women and young athletes grow stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym.
After more than five years of experience with CrossFit, she stepped into coaching because fitness transformed her own life — building strength, resilience, and confidence she didn’t know she had. She loves watch others realize they are capable of more than they ever imagined.
What makes DGA special to Robbie is the family atmosphere — the way members encourage one another, celebrate wins big and small, and walk through challenges together. One of her proudest milestones has been learning her own potential and continually pushing herself to become the strongest and best version of herself.
Her advice to anyone just starting their fitness journey: start where you are, don’t compare your Day 1 to someone else’s Year 10, and stay consistent. Progress takes patience, but if you keep showing up, it works.
